Just about six days after the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) recovered 17 exotic cars from a warehouse reportedly owned by Abdullahi Dikko Inde, former comptroller-general of the Nigerian Customs Service (NCS), another set of vehicles, tricycles and motorcycles, have been reportedly seized from him. Some of the exotic cars earlier seized from the ex-customs boss The Nation reports that the second recovery was made between Monday, February 27 and Tuesday, February 28 in another warehouse allegedly belonging to the former customs boss. The fresh items include a 2013 model 32-seater Nissan bus, 42 cargo tricycles, one tipper truck, 16 motorcycles, over 500 rug carpets and two fire-proof safes.  Nigerian musician, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Face, on Monday, February 27th, presented a cheque of N3.5million to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Lagos Speaking at the presentation, the musician said that he was particularly touched when he visited camps of the Internally Displaced Persons(IDPs) in the North-East. He called on other well-meaning Nigerians to come all out and support the International organisation in its effort at protecting the millions of Nigerians in the various camps. "The conditions I met the internally displaced persons, when I visited their various camps were terrible. They were really terrible," he said.  "The 2Face Foundation has, therefore, decided to enter into partnership with the UNHCR to see how we can help put smiles on the faces of these persons. My foundation is today presenting this cheque to the UNHCR to support it in its operations of alleviating the sufferings of these IDPs," he added. ...

The Department of State Service, who obtained a search warrant to search Dunes Investment and Global Properties Ltd, located at No 44 Aguiyi Ironsi Way, Maitama-Abuja, on the 24th of February, has recovered some properties allegedly owned by former Benue State Governor, Gabriel Suswam. Some of the properties include; guns, 21 Certificates of Occupancy and keys of 45 exotic cars. Here’s the official statement from the security agency: On 24th February, 2017, the DSS executed a search warrant, at the property of Dunes Investment and Global Properties Ltd, located at No 44 Aguiyi Ironsi Way, Maitama-Abuja.
